What it do people!?
So I have been getting me doodle on this week and working on some hot new Soup Tees-which will be in production soon so hold tight! We have some mad flavour bubblin up for y’all!
I have also been having a few mega top secret ‘blue sky’ meetings with the Attla team about crazy tasty collabs with them cats, more that soon!

Word Up!

Howdy Peeps!
Yep, me and Rowe tripped over to Newquay yesterday to hit the skatepark and get our paint on.
After looking over the rest of the park we decided to hit the wall we painted before as it’s the biggest and cops the most sun…..BIG mistake, my neck is about the same colour as the fill on the piece. owwwwwieeee!
And we had a few problems, like not bringing enough paint for starters and then I dropped and exploded a can of tornado red i was gonna use-so we had even less.

Howdy!
Art in the City finished on Saturday with the auctioning all the ‘Big Art’ canvasses.
Both Haacht’s piece and the canvas painted by Ben Aslett, Jack Teagle and Donya Todd both sold for a fair old whak.
It was a good week with plenty going on-The Soup Gallery stall was getting mad props-it seems Truro is really feeling the work and the artists we are representing-which is rad. Especially Rowe and Haacht, them kids are getting crazy interest!
So yeah me, Rowe, Triple, Haacht and the Attla family hit the town Saturday night …

Whats up!
So last night was the opening party for ‘One In, One Out’-cheers to everyone who made it out was great to see you all-a special shout to Level’s ‘Eggs Benedict’ who came over on his birthday-thats some dedication right thurrrrr!
We had a little change of heart late yesterday as far as the whole idea of the show went…..we were going to remove the canvasses that we had painted on the wall and replace them with framed works-but the canvasses looked so good on the wall where they were originally …

Whoa!!!
Things have been super freakin busy over here at TSG, yesterday was the third day of live paint lunacy with yo friendly neighbourhood graffer Soup and Plymouthian slickster Haacht gettin up in the gallery.
The kid Rowe dropped in to make some final adjustments to his piece, and things are finally taking shape-cheers to everyone who dropped in to say hello over the past few days-and big ups to Haacht for sorting me out with a much needed whopper from BK at around 10 p.m last night.

So the painting continued yesterday with Mr. Plob, Miss Patten, Ben Aslett, Jack Teagle and Donya Todd all getting loco on the walls.
Pg is currently getting his own paint on, i think along with Haacht… will update with more names once i have found out…

Halo meine freunden!
Yesterday was the first day of live painting for ‘One In One Out’ and things got off to a flippin rad start….
Up in the gallery we had Max Naylor, Yafle and ROWE painting like crazy painting machines-heres a few sneaky pics of what they got up to.
We had a fair few trekkin upstairs to have a butchers at the work in progress.

You may remember illustrator Jess Douglas from the ‘Poop in Soup’ show-

Hola!
Its Truro’s ‘Art in the City’ festival next week and there is truckloads of ish going down….
There is a three day art fair in a marquee on Lemon Quay from 14-16th, where local galleries and artists will be displaying their work.
On the Friday 17th April the ‘Big Art’ event takes place with artists painting large 5ft square canvasses at various locations around the city-the finished works will then be auctioned inside the Lemon St marquee on Saturday 18th at 4 p.m-we haveHaacht, Jack Teagle and Ben Aslett representing The Soup Gallery, don’t …
