Jessica Tremaine…
Why Heellllooo!
Hope you are all totally coolio.
Here at The Soup Gallery we are very proud to be stocking a range of prints and tote bags from local artist and designer Jessica Tremaine!
I spied some of Jessica’s work at ‘Crossing Zebras’ a showcase of work produced by Truro College graduates, which was held in on Lemon Quay in May.
Jess’s work really stood out, so I contacted her in the hope she would be down for letting me stock her stuff-and luckily for all of us she said yes. Hooray!
Here is a little bit on TSG’s newest export…..
Jessica is a young designer, looking to get her work on you and in to your homes.
She is inspired by anything that shines or flashes and loves noticing the little things.
Her influences include awful 80’s patterns, men with moustaches and anyone who turns old to new.
She enjoys covering everything she owns in ink and has had an irrational fear of Mr Blobby for most of her life.
Jessica and her boyfriend are currently setting up their own business combining her love of drawing with his love of photography in the form of many exciting collaborative designs!
You can peep Jess’s stuff in store and online now.
And if you dabble in Myspace you can drop by and say howdy to Jess here
